I work with a network of  local and international lawyers to help artists, designers, inventors, small and a variety of new businesses develop, launch and grow their companies. I personally offer strategic business and legal advice on copyright, trademark, licensing, contracts for offering services or hiring others, promotions and marketing, website legalties, manufacturing and distribution agreements. When we work together it is as if I were your in-house general counsel.  In other words, I help you find the best, most efficient and economical way to move forward with strategic care. 

I've been a lawyer for over 26 years, working as in-house counsel for the Writers Guild, motion pictures studios and internet companies.  I'm on the faculty at two colleges, Art Center College of Design and California College of the Arts, teaching business law.  My goal as a lawyer is to help you understand what we're doing and to get it done efficiently, effectively and cleanly.
