IPEC refuses to revisit UDRP decision to recover 'Playboy domain and identifies limitations on the stretch of a groundless threats claim

In its decision of 13 June 2016, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) dismissed various attempts by the claimant, Michael Ross, to circumvent a prior decision under the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP) that the domain playboy.london should be transferred to Playboy Enterprises International, Inc (PEI).
